Bambang who couldn't speak English emigrated to New York. He got a job there and his friends taught him how to say "Apple cake and coffee" so that he could order his food himself.
The next day, he went to a restaurant. "What you want to order sir?", the waiter asked.
"Apple cake and coffee", he said.
Because he could only says that word, he had to eat apple cake and drink coffee everyday for the whole month. When he told about that to his friends, they taught him to say "Meat Bread".
With additional new words, Bambang went to a restaurant and spontaneously ordered, "Meat Bread".
"Chicken or beef?", the waiter asked.
